As a Wargaming creation, World of Tanks Blitz is the mobile version of World of Tanks where the combat is centered in tanks. It was released in 2014 and won the hearts of millions for its battles and strategy.
Gameplay
The game offers both single-player and multiplayer modes. Multiplayer supports up to seven players per team, with battles that are swift and action-packed.
The aim of the game is either to destroy all enemy tanks or capture the opposing team’s base.
With over 400 units from historical nations like Germany, the USA, USSR, France, Japan, China, and more, players can choose their strategies:
- Tank characteristics. Every combat vehicle has unique distinguishing features, such as speed, maneuverability, firepower, and armor strength.
- Game modes. There is a variety of modes to enjoy like Random Battles, which is the most played, Supremacy where players capture vital points, Domination where players hold the base, and Team Deathmatch. There is also a Training Room for practice.
- Customization. Players can improve their combat vehicles by adding better weapons or engines that can be purchased with the experience points earned in battles. Also, premium accounts can be bought or gold can be purchased to receive higher tier perks, such as better experience gain.
Features
WoT Blitz has a few features that improve gameplay:
- Visuals & audio. The game has better graphics than most mobile games with good sound effects simulating real battle scenes.
- Controls & interface. Players can maneuver their tanks using the touch screen or external controllers if the device supports it.
- Community & events. New exclusive events and challenges reward players for accomplishing certain tasks within a specific timeframe, incentivizing regular updates.
